90s vintage pink tweed lace mini skirt with pearl fancy belt made in France

this vintage 90s “made in France” pink tweed mini skirt by Serena Kay Paris is so lovely, and the detachable dangling fancy belt is such a unique touch! the high-waisted skirt features an ultra short hemline (shown on 5'6 model), a side closure with a pink metal zipper, and it is lined with a silky fabric that has a beautiful pink lace trim. the tweed skirt is made of a lightweight woven laine blend (French word for wool) that has no stretch, and there is a bit of an itch to the fabric (as with most wool blends), so please be aware if you have sensitive skin. the “clip-on” accessory belt is made of silver metal and pearly accents- I love that it can also be clipped on the belt loops of jeans or another garment that you own! tagged as vintage FR size 28 and I would say this best fits modern day womens size small or more fitted on medium (26-27” waist). in great vintage condition with minor tear (barely visible) and light discoloration of tweed fabric. measurements (lying flat): waistband: 13.5” (or 27” when doubled) hips: 17” (34” when doubled) centre back length: 13.5”
