this amazing pair of vintage high waisted blue denim shorts (26” waist) by Next Issue from the 90s feature a one-of-a-kind stitched on “belt” fabric detail with smiling rainbow flowers on a black background– it’s giving super cute and groovy hippy vibes! the high rise shorts are a medium blue wash and feature five pockets, belt loops and zip fly and button closure. they have a raw cut off rolled bottom hem and are extra short length (you can refer to pictures).
