90s vintage yellow knit beach vacation slouchy fun short sleeved button up shirt

this bright yellow vintage shirt made by Express Tricot from the late 80s or early 90s is the perfect summer or vacation shirt! the lovely shirt features white trimming, a button up front with five yellow buttons, and two front pockets. the acrylic/nylon blend fabric is a lightweight knit with a raised fiber surface and some stretch, and feels a bit similar to terry cloth (but it has more of a woven rather than towel feel). this garment is super easy and lightweight for casual wear and would look great paired with shorts or jeans, or worn over a bathing suit sitting by the beach. tagged as a womens size large and I would say this can fit a size small, medium or large based on desired draping. in excellent vintage condition, with very minor tears/runs in fabric. contains one extra button stitched inside ♡ measurements (lying flat): shoulder to shoulder: 15” bust (pit to pit): 19.5” across (39” when doubled) sleeve length (from shoulder seam): 6.5” sleeve inseam (from pit): 4” length: 22” bottom opening: 18”
