90s/y2k Floral Midi Dress | TOBIAS PLUM | Size small | Pink, red, black, bow

Chic floral midi dress with V-neck. Features flutter sleeves and waist tie. Size 2 but can fit up to a 6 as the fabric is a bit stretchy (I am a size 6 and it fit a bit snug but comfortable and VERY flattering!) Hits just past the knee (I’m 5’6” for reference) Very unique dress as I can’t even find the brand online, my guess is it is from the 90s/ early 2000s! Also made in Canada! ❤️ LOVE THIS ITEM but not the price? Make me an offer! I will either ACCEPT or counter with my lowest! :)
