These large turquoise earrings measure 2" in length with the stone being 1". Earrings are beautifully engraved around the stone. These earrings make a statement. Earring is on the heavier side due to the natural stone. I rubbed acetone on the back of the stone with a Q-tip and it was clear. So there is no dye in the stone. I heated a pin and pressed it into the stone. The pin bent but did not penetrate stone. I hope that helps with authenticating the Torquois. I purchased them on ebay a few years ago. I only wore them once. They are beautiful but too large for my face.

dove31 hi. I rubbed acetone on the back of the stone and it came out clear. This means there is no dye in the stone. I heated a pin and pressed it into the back of the stone and it did not go through, it just bent the pin. I hope that helps with authentication of Torquois.
