925 Sterling Silver Ring, Touch Of 14K Gold & Natural Sapphire (?) Stones

Vintage sterling silver ring. Asymmetric openwork style. With 14 karat yellow gold filled insert with graduated prong set crystals of light chocolate color. Possibly sapphires, but can't say for sure. Size 7.5. This ring was originally rhodium plated, which is now remaining mostly on the inner side of the band.
