925 Sterling and Stimulated Diamond Ring Size 8

This retro ring is pretty and I wore perhaps 5 days in the last 12 years. Size 8. Stone size is approximately .75 to 1 carat. I believe that the total carat is over 1 carat. Tiny stones surround the center and sides. Very good condition and one owner. Purchased as a man- made diamond, however, noted quality of the metal is not the best and shows wear.
