There are a few fine scratches and dents on the exterior that are hard to detect in most lighting. The picture frame will come with 2 flexible yet sturdy plastic covers that, as far as I am aware, are original to the frame. I will pack them separately to make installation of your pictures that much easier. It’s somewhat weighted when held and smooth to the touch. The intricate and ornate metal work and round cut CZ stones feel very secured to their surface in which they are all inlaid to. The beautiful jewel tone blue enameling is protected under a layer of possibly clear enameling, acrylic or resin. The patchwork design in the enameling adds an effervescence to the color and overall appearance. I am determined to find this rare and collectible vintage piece the perfect home.
