agreatcloset Hi Lisa, I hope you and your family are doing well and enjoying the first day of Spring. When I first joined POSHMARK in August 2014, you were a huge help to me, I am now seeking advise again. I sold my Jimmy Choo patented leather pumps and now the buyer is claiming they are not authentic, which they are 100%. She's been playing games, first claiming USPS did not deliver parcel even though tracking No. stated parcel had been delivered on Friday at 12:57pm. Any advise? Tks, Sylvia

NEVER give out personal email...if that's where y'all are discussing things, you need to stop and start putting it under the listing for Posh to see...so...does she have them? and if so she will have to file a clain with posh, send pics, etc. no worries...in 3 days your funds should be released...lmk

miralovescandy I don't know yet! I am waiting for a refund cause a girl did a price drop and I snapped the item up and she canceled my order 2 sell it to who she wanted to!! I emailed posh told them on the big website you get in trouble, and you don't get to chose who you do a buy it now to. They are gonna send concerns to uppermanagement at least. The big thing is 3 days till the money is refunded!!!!!

aaronsgirl @lisadraper It is took a little while to get used to but I wouldn't change it for anything! I live in the mountains of San Diego so I get all the seasons as opposed to the city which only gets summer and summer lol. I'm 20 minutes from snow in Mt. Laguna and 45 from the beach in San Diego. Best of everything.
