A dress

Outside of dress is an ink blue with pinky red and ivory polka dots. 100% Rayon. The lining ia same colour as some of the polka dots; pinky red and it is 100% acetate. It has a long swing flow to it below the bust with loads of material for twirling if you wish. It has a plunge neckline and a cinched waist with eyes and hook closures at both sides of elasticized waistline. Waist is 33" but with elastic in waistband can stretch as much as 43".This is a fun and vibrant dress!! Can be dressed up or dressed down. In good condition!!
