jennylo395 @ashleyhether412 technically anything can be altered. I would show a photo to your seamstress? Maybe they can help answer? I don't have a sewing background but it looks like you can adjust things.

ashleyhether412 @jennylo395 I’m just so petite, it’s hard to find anything that fits. Like 5’3 and 100 lbs small, and with a limited budget I would hate to buy it and not be able to wear it
