secondhandlil I have 3 sons as well,grown now . Home Long Island NY was always ,Boys camping fishing boating .I miss that .Now in Florida love cloths, have 3 sisters , mom+ cousins on our st. I keep them all dressed ,closets full lol.I sell to raise money to assist Widows ,Homless + mentally challenged. I could not help but notice nice 6 dollar items in your closet how do you do that and make money . My home is turning into a large closet .I'd love some advice from others that seem to do well here

It is a fixer upper on 18 acres in Spartanburg, SC ... We have to move in 2 weeks, I need to sell! After marking my closet way down sell is what I did. It's not what you make on each sale but how much you make all together. We all like a good deal!

secondhandlil @nrockets82 I have cared for family members most my life my grandfather biological at fifteen, my first husbands grand mother with early onset alteimers. My Step grandfather who was never really a step .he lived with me the longest,born and buried the same day 100 years apart. My mother in law that was the most difficult . So I understand the challenge. Of caring I also have younger person,with a mental illness but it would be unfair of me to say who on here

secondhandlil I have cared for others I love till God brought them home as difficult as it is I would not change any of it The love that I have received especially at the end is buietiful if you get stressed you can reach out to me to vent.I actually as a result of having family member in a mental facility found out the needs of those who's family have given up or are alone they end up losing everything they have with long hospital commitment often when released they have nothing

secondhandlil I try to send socks underwear cloths+ rolling suitcase . I also assist 2 homeless shelters .I was sick for 9 years myself so now that I am out of bed I keep very busy . I also have space in a antique mall and European bazaar. Started assisting one person turned into a business not for profit .sometimes I buy out houses. The cloths more functional go to homeless shelters.and hospital rehabs etc.

secondhandlil I just started selling the better cloths + my own personal things to pay for gas and the expense of assistance. I have connected w/social workers when families are placed and furnish there homes when possible .people call me they like that I match need with what is donated as well .This is probable boring but I am hoping to make money to assist .last month I was able to keep someone's lights on.
