EUC. Loved this skirt when it fit me. Sits at the natural high part of the waist, adorable with crop tops or a bodysuit underneath. Size XS/S Waist- 15” Length- 26” Keep in mind with waist measurement that it wraps a bit more around so 15” does not account for this.
