liledeglace I actually purchased some books with undisclosed damages on the cover so they were a little difficult to gift and I try to leave love notes or delete them sometimes if I find the seller to be unresponsive; which some of them are:( I actually have 2 packages I still never received and people complaining I rated them poorly but there is no recourse since USPS sucks so much!

Apple really sucks as a company and their autocorrect has gotten horrendous and opposite at times but I’d be curious to hear some good news for a change once their slow or bad customer service gets back to you! Thanks in advance for warning me about another mediocre posher or you might have to open a case for a first time, which can be scary:(

nykol @liledeglace Have fun on your vacation! I hope it’s relaxing as I’m well aware sometimes family vacations can be anything but relaxing. Hahaha! I really dislike Apple autocorrect at times as well- it’s like where did you come up with that word to use?! The return was approved. You won’t believe this but when I went to complete the return I realized the seller actually only sent me 5 tanks instead of the 6 I ordered so that made it an even more ridiculous transaction.

nykol @liledeglace I’m right there with you, if a seller is unresponsive then I definitely make sure that is stated in the love note. If I purchase from someone I expect that they will respect that and at the very least respond to any comments I send. Hopefully your lost packages show up soon. I actually have a package that’s been lost since November/December and I wonder if it will just randomly show up one day.

liledeglace The reason my brother bought on the high end of the market was because the couple that lived in the house before us was having trouble receiving mail for like a year and finally decided to get rid of the property which was a new development:( you never shared what state you reside in but I’m happy to have to met a nice, responsive, and responsible posh friend who’s also a real-life mom!
