Hailing from the brand Accomplice, this lightweight sunny season frock is well made, fully lined in the body of the garment, and stretchy (more so the outer layer than the lining). The fabric content tag is no longer present. To me, the shell (exterior) of this dress feels like it *may* be a cotton and/or polyester blend that includes a stretchy component such as spandex/elastane.
