Hailing from the brand Acemi and dating to c. 2000s - 2010s, this lovely shirt is made from a lightweight, stretchy fabric that feels to me (the fabric content tag is no longer present here) like a cotton and/or polyester blend with something such as elastane/spandex swirled into the mix.
