ADAM DEPRESSION GLASS SUGAR LID

This item is a lovely soft pink depression glass sugar bowl lid in the 'Adam' pattern, which Jeanette Glass produced from 1932 to 1934. It measures a little over 3 1/4 inches across and 2 inches high to the top of the squared knob. The piece is free from cracks, chips, clouding, or other damage, but it does have a tiny rough spot on the underside of the outer edge from a poor mold release. This small defect is not visible when the lid is in use. If you have an Adam sugar bowl languishing for lack of a lid, you will find it hard to do better than this one! (Sorry! It's just the lid. We don't have the bowl to go with it.)
