I moved from a big city to a 1 stop light little country farming town I’m still trying to adjust only a handful of ppl here care about fitness there isn’t even a personal trainer here & i really could use advice from a woman like u who has come so far & very obviously knows what she is doing thanks again & I will be in touch soon
