kays_poshshop @kjgalbraith1990 yes it is not rigid. they were called stretch cargo also. they are not ultra stretchy like a leggings or something but not rigid like a cotton jean either.

kays_poshshop @kjgalbraith1990 honestly couldn't tell you for sure. they can be worn bit loose as shown or more snug or more baggy. when I bought I wasn't sure my size, and I'm a completely different size range now. but if I was to guess they would fit from a 6 to a 12 depending on how you like them to fit.
