AE grey scoop neck t shirt with button/pleat/cuff

I love open necklines and this one is perfect. Just a cute t that sits well at waist over pants but able to show buckle since it’s got an elastic wide cuffed bottom. This is almost vintage. I have never been able to upcycle it until now.
