Brand new with tags ALEXIS Kristyn High-Low Layered Ruffled Red Cotton Skirt, size S. Lying flat, measures approx 13 inch waist, 18 inch hips, 24 inch length at the front, 35 inch length at the back. Made of heavy 100% cotton, with a very small amount of stretch. Made in Italy. Please note: the only flaw seems to be small indentations at the waist due to the skirt hanger. These can be removed with a steamer.
