It’s fabulous! Fully lined skirt with side zipper and clasp. Black lining, black fabric with white bubbles mid way down. Looks pleated but is not, it’s the kind of fabric that looks wrinkled naturally. Scalloped and flared bottom. Very CLASSY skirt.perfect condition
