Another thing about Amp is their inserts are hemp/cotton instead of bamboo. Did you know hemp is more environmentally friendly? It requires less water and space to grow? It's also less toxic to convert in fabric fiber unlike bamboo viscose... Bamboo viscose is a highly processed fiber that isn't as environmental as we like to think..
