This flattering Sz 8 ANNE KLEIN midi dress has a surplice front with gathered shoulders and lovely draping from the bodice to the skirt with a flap at the front hem and it closes with a concealed zipper up,the back. It is a Polyester Spandex blend in a deep Royal Blue, slightly darker than the first photo, and lined and the measurements taken flat are: Waist 16”, Hips 18” and the Length Shoulder to waist is 18”, then Waist to hem is 23.5”, total length 41.5”.
