This blouse is NWOT. It’s sheer but lined and very flowy with some fun swing! There is beautiful smocking detail at the front, bell sleeves. Single button closure at the back. Random gold polka dots. So pretty and feminine with a bit of an edge! Only work once. Excellent condition.
