It is well-made, likely dates from the 1910s - 1920s, features sturdy stamped brass and a large fauceted dark purple class stone, and measures in a sizable 2.75 inches/6.9 cm long. This antique brooch does up on the back with an early style of safety clasp that still works wonderfully.
