APPRAISED!! Estate solid 14k Gold and Amethyst Brooch with seed pearls

Solid 14k gold brooch in Victorian style. Genuine 15.83 carat Amethyst stone and seed pearl accent. Stamped 14k. Has a ball on the back that flips up for use as a pendant as well, but is missing a jump ring. Very delicate and feminine. In very good, used, vintage condition. The back of the stone has a small flaw or ding. Very tiny and mentioned for listing accuracy and is shown in pictures. The Gemologist appraiser said it was very minor. However, he said the stone is a bit loose in the setting. SEE LAST TWO PICTURES FOR APPRAISAL DONE OCTOBER 2024. Closure is in working order. Unsure of exact age.
