vinakane Dumb question ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! lol If this skirt was pants, how high would the rise be? Is it one of those skirts that is in fact made to be a low rise or is it one of those skirts that just slides up high or is it actually a high waisted? I’m sorry for the dumb question but TIA! 🙏
