angelaauclair I will get back to you tomorrow with the measurement. The waist is elastic but not extremely stretchy, but it is a comfortable xl waist - maybe a generous 14 is a good way to describe it?

angelaauclair 18 inch waist, laid flat and 24 inches laid flat around the hip area ( under the first tier ). When stretched, the waist maxes out at 22 inches.
