Gorgeous, sheer blouse in black with a v-neck opening and cascading ruffle down the front and grosgrain ribbon detail. Lightweight polyester that feels silky to the touch. May have been a sample or altered, as there are button holes on the grosgrain band but the blouse snaps up. Last snap is missing at the bottom, but the blouse looks best tucked in so this won’t matter. In good preloved condition, some signs of wear. One snap missing.
