Hi I got a notification your package just got delivered (at 7pm?) and I need to accept it on this app. But I didn’t get any package from you. So I looked up on Usps website and they said they attempted delivery at noon but couldn’t get to the mailbox (which makes no sense bc I live in a house and I got another package from poshmark today).

So then it says they dropped it on porch at 6:39pm but I have a ring camera that pics up all movement and no one was here at that time. Can you see if the address on your shipping label maybe has a wrong number on it or something? I’m so confused as I’ve never had this happen. Thank you.

@spatulaqt Hi! I’m sad to hear there’s been a USPS issue. The shipping label would have had the address you provided to Poshmark for your account (I cannot change it on my end). I recommend opening a case for the item and sending all info/documentation to Poshmark. I’ll chime in on the case thread and they will give us next steps. I have heard of cases where USPS marks something delivered and it gets delivered later, so I’m still hopeful it will arrive with you safely. Thanks😊

@aronditevintage I have the correct Address on poshmark and have lived here for the last six years. I’m just wondering if maybe the printer glitched or the label ink smeared? I know it’s a longshot but I just can’t fathom how they would’ve got the delivery wrong (unless somebody just stole it but the ring would’ve picked that up. it didnt show the postman dropping it off tonight either. So weird! I really wanted this so I hope it’s just something that will be delivered tomorrow. Thank you.

@spatulaqt Since the package tracked with no issues, the label is most likely not the cause of the problem. If it was smeared, USPS would not have been able to scan it. USPS is experiencing a number of known issues right now. Thankfully, Posh typically protects both sellers and buyers from cases where they determine a package is lost. Please open a case for the item so Poshmark can make a determination, since I’m not able to take any action outside of their process. Thanks!

I just wasn’t sure if it was a postal issue or maybe a printer glitch. As a small business we really have to go above & beyond sometimes to make sure our business thrives, so it’s frustrating when things out of our control make stuff harder.

@aronditevintage the 2 leather vests were shipped on Feb 8 ad we almost always ship the same day as the sale unless it’s a week, holiday or snow storm. I received a notice they are still in transit but in IN so hope you receive them soon. I you’re aware some of the delivery time is in the hands of the post office. ❤️
