ASOS Petite l/s black floral belted dress/kimono/duster/cover-up ~ size 4P

This is a long-sleeved black floral belted kimono/duster/cover-up/dress. It has a hidden button on each side so that you can fasten it across yourself securely, and then tie the belt as you see fit. I have included two photos where I tried to measure pit-to-pit. It didn't go particularly well because of the fact that it's a wrap dress. I did my best, so please use these measurements as an approximation. It's "probably" a dress, but it could work as a kimono /duster if you wanted to wear it open.
