ASOS / Stradivarius Tie Waist Chambray Mini Dress in Blue

Very soft non stretchy fabric, has a comfortable waist that can accommodate a big brunch. See photo and video - despite being light blue in colour it’s not see through as it covers both black hanger and my hand pretty well. Fabric tag removed (I really don’t like bulky itchy tags) but if I remember correctly it’s 100% viscose. Took on vacation and wore there a couple times. Now unfortunately I don’t fit in it.
