buckmastering is the inseam a true 36" or shorter due to being cut off? could you provide the flat lay waist measurement please?

brahbrah_ @buckmastering hi! So sorry, I didn’t see your comment sooner. I bought them with a raw hem from ASOS so they haven’t been cut. The waist measurement is 16”. I added a photo w the tape measure to the listing if you want to check it out.
