ASOS Urban Revivo High Neck Skater Mini Dress NWOT

Purchased recently, tags removed but realized the bust is a little tight at my chest. My chest measures to 40” for reference. Side zip up. Never worn. Waist fits fine but I wouldn’t recommend this dress if your waist is over 33”. Unable to locate a size chart on ASOS for reference.
