Black minidress by ASOS. Sleeveless with a square neckline. Strapped across the back, an X (backless otherwise), elastic along the waist of the back. Waist is 15 inches laid flat. Length is 34 inches from the shoulder strap, 19-20 inches from the waist. Scent-free and smoke-free home, dog-friendly. I reuse packaging as much as possible.
