ASOS never worn leather booties

Genuine leather booties with embossed snakeskin look, new in the box, so cute! Heel is 3.5”. Boots say they are a size 10 but the fit is 100% more of a size 9-9.5. I have true size 10 feet and they do not fit. I can provide a sole measurement if needed
