AS/TO Sheer Swimsuit Cover-up, Size Small

AS/TO brand, sheer swimsuit cover-up with spaghetti straps. Off white in color with beige, yellow, pink tones. There is a gold colored thread detail running through the garment. The tag is not English, so material and size are approximate. I would say the material is a polyester/rayon blend (no stretch). Given the measurements, I would guess the size to be small. Please see measurements for fit. The measurements are approximately 17" from pit to pit and 32" from the top of the strap to the bottom of the garment.
