sorry could have tied the straps better I'm hopeless with tying bows and knots 100% cotton. medium weight gauze - not sheer. can also be worn as a skirt - personally I think it looks great as a skirt with the straps hanging. excellent condition - no stains or holes. One Size - open smocked bust. stretches to fit anyone. 41 inch length incl. the straps worn as a skirt this would be a midi skirt. #9
