AUTHENTIC VIINTAGE Martha Lorrainne 1950s lip brush

It's my mother's 88th birthday on Sep 1st, and we were going through some of her things . She STILL has this retractable lip brush she bought in 1957 when she lived in Hollywood, CA. If you wanted to be stylish, you bought what he movie stars used. This retractable lip brush is what Marilyn Monroe used. Made of Bakelite plastic with a sable brush. My mum always used this, and when I was a kid, it fascinated me. I've included photos of original packaging (long gone), Marilyn's brush, and a cool pic of my mum at her Hollywood apartment. She'd like this brush to go to a collector or use someone who appreciates old Hollywood! The "original price" was probably just over $1 US in 1957 but recently a Martha Lorraine brush sold for over $250 and the Marilyn brush auctioned for over $2,000 US. Collectible indeed!
