This is a beautiful 1970s vintage Avon enamel blue 'Love Blossoms' Forget-Me-Not Enamel Flower convertible brooch/pendant with light blue rhinestones. It has a filigree open work gold tone setting that holds six baby blue flowers with purple-blue centers on each petal.
Measures approximately 1 1/2".
In excellent vintage condition.
