Abalone Shell Pendant w/ Clear Stones Silver Wire Wrap Mother of Pearl Unmarked

Pretty mother of pearl or abalone shell pendant, wrapped in a silver metal with 2 clear stones, maybe rhinestones. Though the metal feels and looks like sterling I think it is another alloy. About 1 1/2" long with the bail. Lovely condition. Unsigned.
