Tapered trousers are an amazingly versatile basic! You can accentuate their silhouette with something fitted up top, like a tank or bodysuit. But don't shy away from tops with a boxy or straight cut, like a wide-cut blouse for an interesting, structured silhouette, especially when tucked in. These gorgeous high-waisted pants from Abercrombie & Fitch are made with a soft, satin fabric that has a little stretch (92% poly, 8% elastane). They have an elasticated waist, self-fabric belt, pockets and they pull on. (I've included some photographs of the same style in army green to show all the great details.) Tagged a medium long, but I found the inseam to be a regular length. I'd compare the measurements to something that fits you well.
