Abifel (European) Short (just above the knee) Skirt L/L+ in rich Navy/White

A fun flair of a skirt from Europe, pull-on w/elasticized waist, very well made, very good/excellent condition. Fits large, large+. Lots of fabric swirl.. 34" one side, 21" length, just above knee. Rayon fabric? European sizing, and very stretchy waist.. measures 16" but stretches to 21" so can fit 12-14, etc., M/L. Great with tights and boots! Colour is closer to the brighter navy in pics. If interested I will take some outdoor shots for colour comparison. (System keeps stalling at 7 pics.. have to redo again and again? Anyone have that happen to them?)
