Aboriginal/ Indigeneous Ribbon Skirt 6889

This handmade Aboriginal /Indigenous women's skirt is very pretty. Features beautiful light blue fabric with nine ribbons. Please note that the green and geometric pattern ribbons are actually three ribbons sewn together. Waist laid flat is 17 inches however it does have an elasticized waistband so I can fit larger if one chooses. Base fabric content appears to be cotton. Measures 32 inches long approximately.
