@grace09221 Hi Grace! I just received the box today as it was sitting at the side of my house. I don’t know for how long. I wish UPS had just rung my bell and I would’ve had this back to you already. I will get it to the post office tomorrow if not Monday the latest.

@grace09221 hi Grace. So I called and they said they’re going to put in an urgent ticket for this matter. They said to give them two to three business days to return a call because they have to investigate this issue and locate the package.

@grace09221 I called back and found out that they closed the case. I told them this hasn’t been resolved and they said they would reopen it and to call back on Tuesday. This is really frustrating because I don’t understand what they’re doing on their end. They’re saying to contact the sender, and I told them I am the sender. I have the receipt and everything. I don’t know why it’s so difficult to locate one package that they have in their possession.
