wookie239 Hi Lauren you seem very knowledgeable and the Posh group I'm not real familiar could you help me make a claim on something or guide me to where I need to go to do it on an order someone did not send to me I need to send the claim to Posh in order to receive the item thank you so much in advance if you have time thank you

pavilion @wookie239 Hi! Sorry this is happening to you! Poshmark firsts asks that you reach out to the seller to see if they've shipped it. If the seller says that they have shipped it and you haven't received it or if the seller isn't responding, you can report the issue to Poshmark.

pavilion @wookie239 You can report an issue with your purchase by going to My Account and clicking on My Purchases. In the My Purchases section, select the item you purchased and select Problems/Order Inquiry. If for whatever reason, the seller did not ship the item, if it remains unshipped after 21 days, Poshmark will cancel the order and refund your payment. If the seller did ship the item and you didn't receive it, Poshmark will resolve it on a case-by-case basis.

lenniegirl5 Hey there - I just received the boots. Unfortunately extremely small on my feet. They are very very pretty - and I know you put 39.5 in the description but technically that is a 9 in US, but the size is listed as 9.5. I paid attention to the size listed but it seems I should have focused more on the euro size. Anyway - I never like to open a case and in this situation I would prefer to come to you first and see if you would be open to a return, as unfortunately I cannot use these at all :(.

pavilion @lenniegirl5 Hi! I’m really sorry they don’t fit. Unfortunately, Poshmark doesn’t accept returns, but you can copy my listing to reposh them. 39.5 was not a shoe size option, so I noted it both in the listing and in the picture.

pavilion @lenniegirl5 Burberry’s shoe size guide is here: https://us.burberry.com/customer-service/sizescare/women/. They list a 39.5 as equivalent to a US 9.5 in their size chart, which also supports me marking them in the listing as a 9.5 along with noting in descriptions and pictures that they are a 39.5.
