Dear Valued Customer, ~We do have furbabies! After washing/cleaning item(s), we store in our Resale Studio, which is temp controlled, pet and smoke free. (Once in awhile, a pet hair, like a magnet, may find its way into the Studio!) ~Items are lint rolled and given a final inspection before packed and sealed for storage, or prior to mailing ~All clothing (except with those with tags or dry clean only) are washed and dried, then photographed, and stored. ~Measurements are flat lay, by hand and approximate. Please be sure on sizing and ask any questions prior to purchase. ~We do not know the history of all the preowned items or if they've ever been exposed to smoke or animals... (hey, we've been asked). ~Preowned sweaters are de-pilled if needed, but we may miss a spot. ~Leather bags, wallets, etc. (preowned)- we clean interior and exterior; exterior also has leather conditioner applied. Any known flaws are noted in description. ~Shoes- we take care to clean and sanitize preowned shoes the safest way, according to material. Any known flaws are noted in description. ~Please read descriptions and review all photos of item(s) as they are an integral part of the ad. Use zoom feature if necessary. Your purchase indicates this is understood. ~Please be advised, color may vary slightly as different monitors display colors differently. ~Items typically ship out within 24-36 hours during the business week, excluding holidays.
