I was rear ended on my motorcycle by a drunk driver. I am greatful that I am still here with my little buddy Dumping. She looks like one of those stuffed animals with the suction cups you put on the car window she is so funny!! So now I am selling some of my cloths in my closet that don't fit as good any more. onejewell @poshgranny He was a Jerk and was so waisted he was laughing!! I am getting good medical. His day will come with karma. He even violated probation got slapped with 100 dollar fine. He will continue to drink n drive. Maybe he will go back to jail

onejewell @poshgranny yea and he was like in his sixteys laughing drunk. Didn't see me with pink n white helmet and Jacket. He fefused the breathalyzer test. He was driving to get a pizza... Really? I was almost home. I am sure he will do it again for the holidays. Should know better at his age!

poshgranny @onejewell Take good care of yourself and focus on your physical healing process.🤕 An accident I was involved in twenty years ago was definitely minor, compared to getting hit on a motorcycle...... A driver behind me at a stoplight was hit by a brand-new red truck going 60 mph at a stoplight; she crashed into me. The driver at fault had the same insurance company as mine, and a "Clause B" in the fine print stated they didn't owe me a dime for medical. Crazy. 😱 Take care.😘

But I think there is a reason for everything. Maybe we will be stronger people and know more to read the ppr work real good. Do many scammers you cant trust no one when it comes to $$. onejewell @poshgranny FARMERS INSURANCE SUCKS!! THEY ARE NOT HELPING ME IT HAS BEEN THREE YEARS. BY LAW IF A DRUNK DRIVER HURTS A PERSON. IT MAKES THAT PERSON A CRIME VICTOM. INSURANCE BY LAW ARE SUPPOSED GIVE VICTOM INSURANCE FROM THAT ACCIDENT FOR LIFE! THREE YEARS OF LOSS OF WAGES. THEY HAVE NOT DONE THIS YET. NOW THEY ARE LEANING ME HANGING FOR CHRISMAS!!

poshgranny @onejewel May I ask...did you put in your claim within a year of the accident? Did you see a doctor or a chiropractor within 48 hours of the crash? I realize it's been 20 years since my accident, so not sure if I'm entirely correct, but if you say Yes to both of those questions..... Definitely they should have done something. My insurance started with an M and ended with a Y.

poshgranny @onejewell My husband is a Classic Louisiana Estimator and has always say dmFarmers is horrible.. They only approve used parts for repairs, worse than after-market parts even. So I'm sure they think they can just ignore you. GET A LAWYER who will only take his fees when you get paid by the insurance. He should only get 30-40% of the settlement...but it's better than you never getting anything !! Gotta go, talk to you soon. Take care.😘😘😘
