I always consider reasonable offers on my items and am willing to negotiate. I package my clothing items in cellophane and poly-mailers so that you receive it in the best condition. I always include a hand written thank you note because I truly appreciate your business! For my handmade items (bows, wreaths, etc) please consider that some of the ribbon and embellishments I use can be quite expensive and my prices are based on the cost of the ribbon / embellishments as well as the time I put into creating it when you make an offer. All bows ship in a box, tied in with chenille pipe cleaner so that when you receive it you can pull it out of the box and use it with minimal fluffing/adjusting on your part.
